• How to get a quote?

  Please send your 3d drawing(STP, IGS, STL, OBJ, X-T...) to us, and tell us the material, surface treatment and quantity, then we will quote within 2 hours.

• Will Kaier Wo sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)?

  Yes. If it gives you peace-of-mind to sign an NDA, we are more than willing to do so. But we have the right to keep your design inconfidential no matter NDA is signed or not. All factories are camera monitored.

• Can you help me to design my product or improve my design?

  Yes, we have a professional design team to help our customer to create their product or improve their design. We need sufficient communication before design to understand your intention.

• How can you keep your promise about quality?

  We have an independent quality department to check every step by IQC, IPQC, OQC.If there are any defective items we willl take corrective action to ensure the elimination of the root cause of defects. When you get the goods and find there is a defect after check. We promise to accept your asked return at our cost or provide replacement free.

• Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

  We are a factory located in Shenzhen, China, with 20 years of rich experience, covering 10000 square meters. Complete facilities, including 3D quality inspection equipment, ERP system and 40 machines. If necessary, we can provide you with material certificates, sample quality inspection and other reports.

• Can you provide samples before mass production?

  Sure, sample fee is needed, will be returned when mass production if possible.

• What services can you offer?

  We can offer CNC lathing, CNC milling, CNC machining, laser cutting, gun drilling, EDM, W-EDM, 3D printing, vacuum casting,sheet metal fabrication,plastic injection molding, surface finished, etc.

• Which format of drawing is available?

  dwg, pdf, stp, step, igs, iges format are all acceptable.

• Can you give me help if my products are very urgent?

  Yes, we will try our best to give you help. Because we have our own factory to produce. We can flexible to adjust our production schedule.

• Is it possible to return the money if the quality is not good?

  This has never been occured right now, as we treat the quality as our key of development. Quality and service is everything for us.

• How long is your delivery time?

  3 to 4 work days

• Can I use my own master model for making duplicate copies for vacuum casting or CNC machining?

  Yes, master models are used to create silicone molds for vacuum casting and can be made from any rigid solid that can withstand heat up to 100° C. Models used for CNC machining will be 3D scanned to create a CAD/CAM program for production.

• Can I use my own material for production?

  Yes, customer-supplied material is fine so long as it fits with our machine capabilities.

• Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

  We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Making your parts

• If there is assembly interference with the product, can you help to handle the interference position

  Yes, sure, if we found assembly interference, then we will inform customer whether we need solve it or not

• Will you have single engineer to take care of our projects

  Yes, Kaier Wo assigned engineer to take charge the whole projects process, and updated each of steps to you by reports.

• Any pictures or video is available during processing?

  Yes, Kaier Wo will offer you detail pictures that you need.

• Whether Kaier Wo can do assembly together for shipping?

  Yes, Kaier Wo will assembly parts as customer’s requirement before shipping.

Finishing your order

• After sales service team

  If you have any problems after receiving the product, you can provide feedback through voice call, video conference, email, etc. within one month. Our team will provide you with solutions within a week.

• How about the shipping method?

  We usually ship by DHL, UPSFedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
